This place is awesome.....very modern and clean. Very very good value for money and right by the train station which makes it easy with bags etc. Would really recommend staying here!!

Our double with ensuite was well presented and very clean. Very close to the Stazione and shopping/ ristorantes. Staff was helpful and tolerant of our language deficiencies. Security good. Helpful over bags on departure.

Very nice hotel next to La Spezia station. Trains stop running at night so not disturbed. Perfect for a trip to Cinque Terre we did it in one day from this hotel. Beautiful new rooms so worth the cost.

The location is excellent - very close to the train station. We couldn't find a property in the Cinque Terre area so we stayed here and it worked out well. We liked the property a lot!

Favourite Property to date, great room with helpful staff. Close to the train station (2min walk) which goes to Cinque Terra and other large towns. Would definatly go back check it out if you can.

Great location right by the train station. Perfect if you're wanting to hike Cinque Terre. Train Station has luggage storage. Our train got in late, but the owner was more than happy to help us out. The room was WONDERFUL. Very nice, large, adorable room. Nice large bathroom. Very clean. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Really great location; metres from the train station to Cinque Terre, right on the main street for cafes and shops, walking distance to ferries. Large rooms with heating, GREAT bed. Fridge was handy too. Breakfast included at a great local cafe. Definitely recommend!

This is the best property I've tayed by far. Not only it was great located near the train station where the train takes you to Cinque Terre, but two other piazzas full of places to eat something when you arrived after a long day. Also, breakfast included which was very handy. Definately I would recommend this place, maybe it wasn't much fun but it sure was a very clean, stylish place.

For us, this location was just perfect since we were taking the train to cinque terre. It was also cheaper to stay here than in one of the five cities. Would like to stay here again if we are in the area.

Everything was really nice, room was great, nicely decorated and bathroom was lovely. Towels were provided too which was nice. The location was perfect for visiting the Cinque Terre, only 2 mins from the train station and an 8 min train ride to Riomaggiore.

This b&b was a delight. We had a clean and nicely decorated room with a great warm feeling - something you begin to crave after traveling for a long time and staying in impersonal hotels and hostels. It is very close to the train station in La Spezia which is handy for catching transport to the Cinque Terre (but thick windows so the sound doesn't bother you)

Really good place to stay for Cinque Terre. Very very close to the train station. Quality/price ratio is higher than B&B's in the 5 villages. Convenient for supermarkets and stuff. The host is very helpful. Thanks a lot! La Spezia is a lovely town. You're so close to the shopping area, which is full of mid-priced stuff, compared to Milan/Rome's top designers stuff that is not practical and mid-prised stuff is so hard to find in the big cities when you are in Italy for the first time.

The room was very clean and well furnished. It was in a perfect location to the train station, as we were using La Spezia as a place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre. We purchased a two day Cinque Terre card and had unlimited use of the train system between La Spezia and Levanto. The room was in a secure building with two locked doors. There is no front desk, however, the lady who runs the hotel is usually around during the day and was always willing to help. Ask her for restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was included and was at a little cafe down the street, with had great coffee. I can't think of anything that was bad about this hotel. I would go again without hesitation.
