The staff here is very nice and accommodating. They were helpful on a last minute change to my reservation. They provided some great recommendations on things to do and see. I would recommend this place. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with refrigerators and TVs in every room. the Internet would go in and out which was a bummer at night, but there was great cafe I enjoyed sitting at around the corner, so I did not mind during the day.

The room was comfortable, attractive and warm. There were very helpful information packets available, in English, about all the attractions nearby. The staff went out of there way to make my stay a pleasurable and easy one. It was a great value and I was quite pleased overall.

Good place to stay, right near the train station. They offer a lot of helpful information in packets they give upon check in, were flexible in allowing me a key to a locked closet after checkout to drop in the mailbox whenever that day. The couple thngs to improve were maybe a cleaner floor (my bare feet were dirty after walking a bit), and the internet was not working the last night, and morning after (we did not have a phone to call and let him know this).

This property is basically a hotel. We stayed (me and my girlfriend) in a double ensuite. It was super clean and have both a tv and a wifi connection. The establishment is only a few steps from La Spezia Centrale train station and is near my restaurants within the town center. Getting to Cinque Terre from here is very easy, just walk a 2 blocks down the street, hop on the train and you are there. This propery also offer a free breakfast at a near by bar. It was simple a caffe and a croissant, but it was free. Also this property is extremely secure. You are provided with three keys to ensure your safety, even though La Spezia seemed like a friendly city. If you are staying in a couple or with your husband or wife, this is the place to stay.

Affitacamere Casa Dane is very conveniently located for anyone wanting to explore the Cinque Terre and much cheaper than accommodation within the park. Manuela, who checked us in was very friendly. Being so close to the train station is very convenient. It rained heavily on one of the days we hiked, so we were able to catch the train back to the room to change clothes. The room was modern and comfortable

Otimo local, os proprietários sao muito gentis e o quarto e limpo e muito agradável. E próximo tanto da estação quanto do centro. O quarto era limpo todos os dias e ainda tinha geladeirinha, garrafa elétrica para esquentar água, café, leite e xícaras como agrado. Mesmo com esse agrado ainda ganhamos tickets para tomar cafe em uma cafeteria local. Adorei!!!!!

Excellent location in La Spezia next to many restaurants and the train station. Real Italian breakfast in a bar 100 meters from the building. Very friendly staff. Good size room for 3 people. If you are going for the Cinque Terre this is a very good basecamp :-)

The hosts of this properties were so incredibly nice. We were greeted at the door and led to our wonderfully decorated and clean rooms. The property is just a five minute walk east of the La Spezia train station and is about a ten minute train ride to Cinque Terre. It's a lower cost option to stay in La Spezia than it is to stay in Cinque Terre. Great way to explore La Spezia since it probably is overlooked compared to CT. Cute town and inexpensive food. Property was great. Would stay again.

This property is very nice. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. The room isn't so big, but it is really sweet,modern and clean.The bathroom as well.Its location is very convenient as it is just 2 minutes away from the railway station and 5 minutes away from the centre.The only disadvantange is the breakfast of the cafeteria,which is too poor. It contains only something to drink and something veery small to eat!

This "B&B" was like a 5 stars hotel! The rooms were beautiful, very modern and very clean (someone went in everyday to clean the room). Staying at La Spezia to visit the Cinque Terre was a good thing because all the villages were easily accessible by train and we were also close enough to visit La Spezia and Portovenere, which were both very nice.

The location is fantastic. So close to the station and the city center The owner, met us but you do have to ring or email for someone to meet you.It was our 41st. Wedding Anniversary and when we arrived there was a lovely bottle of french sparkling wine and 2 glasses for us.The room has a bar fridge and a kettle and tea and coffee, which was wonderful in Europe.The room was small but comfortable enough and we came to walk Cinque Terre not to spend any long perods of time in the room. The internet access was awesome and we got to ring our family on our computer..

I liked frendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A very good information brochure of the trips to nearby, for example The Cinque Terre. They had not an own brekfast place but they had good places for breakfast and dinner nearby with discount. There were a possibility of tea and coffee cooking in the room. The room was clean and the bed was good. The bathroom was like in hotels. The locatioin by the railway station was exellent for example to go to the Cinque Terra.

This is the best property I've tayed by far. Not only it was great located near the train station where the train takes you to Cinque Terre, but two other piazzas full of places to eat something when you arrived after a long day. Also, breakfast included which was very handy. Definately I would recommend this place, maybe it wasn't much fun but it sure was a very clean, stylish place.

This b&b was a delight. We had a clean and nicely decorated room with a great warm feeling - something you begin to crave after traveling for a long time and staying in impersonal hotels and hostels. It is very close to the train station in La Spezia which is handy for catching transport to the Cinque Terre (but thick windows so the sound doesn't bother you)

Really good place to stay for Cinque Terre. Very very close to the train station. Quality/price ratio is higher than B&B's in the 5 villages. Convenient for supermarkets and stuff. The host is very helpful. Thanks a lot! La Spezia is a lovely town. You're so close to the shopping area, which is full of mid-priced stuff, compared to Milan/Rome's top designers stuff that is not practical and mid-prised stuff is so hard to find in the big cities when you are in Italy for the first time.

The room was very clean and well furnished. It was in a perfect location to the train station, as we were using La Spezia as a place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre. We purchased a two day Cinque Terre card and had unlimited use of the train system between La Spezia and Levanto. The room was in a secure building with two locked doors. There is no front desk, however, the lady who runs the hotel is usually around during the day and was always willing to help. Ask her for restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was included and was at a little cafe down the street, with had great coffee. I can't think of anything that was bad about this hotel. I would go again without hesitation.
