I knew it was in a strategic position near La Spezia station. But when I went upstairs and entered the room … I was amazed because I did not expect to find such large rooms, but above all furnished with style and equipped with all comforts. I really can only give a positive evaluation. Good
A guesthouse better than a 4 star
I was looking for a base for the night and the low cost. I booked this Guest House. Arriving on the spot in front of the entrance, I was not surprised at a banal entrance … But …After 2 flights of stairs I found myself in a 4-star hotel. Wow wow wow. Welcomed by Marco (It seems to me) with a mega smile. Very helpful and kind. The renewed, clean and minimal environment. Upon entering the room I found a clean and renovated room …
A nice surprise
The room is clean and equipped with all comforts: hairdryer, kettle, Wi-Fi, bathroom set, additional blankets. Breakfast agreement with a bar in front with a choice between sweet and savory. Courteous staff and great price. Paid covered parking a few steps away. Recommended </ em>
